The ICC Commission on Arbitration has set up a Consultative Task Force to review and revise the ICC ADR Rules, the ICC Rules for Expertise and the ICC Dispute Board Rules. This process follows the revision which was recently concluded of the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
The guiding principle for the Task Force’s work is that changes or additions to the above rules should only be made when it is genuinely useful or genuinely necessary to do so. The Task Force has already begun its work with members submitting their comments and suggestions. These comments are now being reviewed and the revision process of the rules is underway.
