Girl WindmillAccess to reliable, affordable commercial energy provides the basis for heat, light, mobility, communications and agricultural and industrial capacity in modern society. Meeting society’s needs, aspirations and expectations for a better life will require growing supplies of this energy. Indeed, business and industry themselves rely on energy in all phases of operations.

Access Reliability and supply security are essential to sustainable development in all parts of the world. From a social perspective, energy is essential to support and enhance human development by improving the provision of healthcare, food, education and environmental sustainability.
