Structure, governance and management of BAE
Business Action for Energy is managed via both a steering committee and a working group,which co-ordinates a range of activities in support of the BAE work programmeand identifies and manages events and opportunities. BAE’s activities are conducted by a Working Group (WG) composed of representatives of the founding organizations and of the participating organizations. The WG is governed by a Steering Committee (SC) comprising one representative from each founding organization, and chaired by a nominated representative decided upon by the founding organizations.

The SC members are assisted by one or more designated representatives within their organizations and by the Project Manager, Ms. Rochelle Chetty, on secondment from Eskom. She is responsible for the overall management of the activities and administration of the BAE structure.
