e-z Cert (formerly e-Cert) - i2i (Innovate to Integrate) Limited
This system has been in operation since 2000. Exporters can submit their applications for
EC and Arab certificates online to a chamber who can check, stamp and sign the
documents electronically and return within minutes. This system also allows EUR1s, ATRs and other
required export documents ie invoices, etc. to be processed in the same way.
The only requirement for this system is access to the
internet.

Tradecert.com
BCC also offers an electronic system through
Tradecert.com. Founded in 2005, it
provides online electronic CO infrastructure for Chambers of Commerce in United
Kingdom, Ireland and Canada. Operating
over the internet, this service requires
no software installations for either chambers or exporters and enables
application, certification, stamping and issuance of EC, Arab, EUR1, Canadian
and ATR Certificates online as well as supporting the stamping of other
documents, invoices etc attached to a CO application. The platform uses an online payments facility
so that exporters can pay their Chambers using credit card and debit cards or
through an online prepaid Charge Account.
