Why isn’t the main navigational menu working when I use Internet Explorer 8 or 9?
The ICC website functions in all browsers including Internet Explorer, but it will malfunction when Internet Explorer 8 or 9 is configured to operate in “Compatibility View”.
To fix the problem, launch Internet Explorer 8 or 9 and then click the F-12 button. A window titled “Developer Tools” will appear.
At the top of the window is a menu titled “Browser Mode.”
Please click it and ensure that your browser is configured to use any of the options listed therein with the exception of “compatibility view.”
This will correct any rendering issues and allow the ICC website to function properly.
