ICC/FIDIC to hold international construction dispute resolution conference in South Africa
This year’s ICC/FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) conference on resolving disputes in international construction deals will be held for the first time in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a special focus on Africa, on 9-10 June 2014.
Internationally renowned engineers, construction
arbitration specialists and in-house lawyers of leading companies, with the
support of ICC South Africa, will offer unique insight on how ICC and
FIDIC respond to the needs of the international construction industry in
dispute resolution across the continent, as well as abroad.
