Place of ADR Proceedings
The ADR Rules do not define a set place for the ADR proceedings, they can take place anywhere in the world.
Parties can either define the location of the ADR proceeding in their ADR clause if they have one, or they can subsequently agree on the place of ADR.
Where the parties fail to agree on the place of the ADR proceeding, the Neutral will decide pursuant to Article 5(4) of the ADR Rules.
