Role of the ADR Secretariat
The ADR
Secretariat is separate from the Secretariat of the Court of Arbitration. This
division is intended to preserve the full confidentiality of ADR and
arbitration proceedings whether they are concurrent or not.
Case management
- Facilitate establishment of proceeding, “pre-mediate” procedural disputes and explain process
- Assist parties to designate or appoint Neutral
- Oversee financial aspects
- Supervise proper conduct under ADR Rules
- Replace Neutral if necessary
