ICC to support Kiev Arbitration Days 2013: Think Big!

The third edition of Kiev Arbitration Days, organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association is one of the most attended Arbitration conferences in Eastern Europe. The 2-day conference will be held on 14-15 November 2013, in Kiev, Ukraine.


Leading experts from around the world will discuss the most topical and complicated issues in international arbitration, the area closely related to international business and cross-border transactions.

The conference provides a perfect opportunity for leading international experts to meet with European and Ukrainian colleagues and discover Ukraine as a relatively new and promising jurisdiction.

This 2-day event will attract leading professionals in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution from Ukraine, CIS and Europe.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is pleased to lend its support to the conference and will be represented by José Ricardo Feris, Deputy Secretary General, and Darya Rigaud, Deputy Counsel in the Eastern European management team. Mr Feris will join the panel "The Expert in International Arbitration: Role on the Chessboard?" and Ms Rigaud will share the panel with a focus on "Investment Protection and Government Contracts - Risks".

Young arbitrators, on 13 November, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) is orgnizing a free seminar in Kiev entitled "Third parties" in international arbitration.
