The headquarters of the International Chamber of Commerce will be closed on 24, 25 and 26 December 2014 and 1 and 2 January 2015.
Regular mail will not be delivered during those dates. Express mail will be delivered only on 24 and 26 December and 2 January.
If you need to submit a
Request for Arbitration
(Article 4(1) of the ICC Arbitration Rules) on any of these dates, you may send it by regular or express mail.
You may also submit it as follows:
- Personally deliver a hard copy at 33 avenue du President Wilson, 75116 Paris, where a clerk will receive and stamp the documents; or
- Send an electronic version of the Request for Arbitration to

The date on which the email is received by the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration will be deemed to be the date of commencement of the arbitration (Article 4(2) of the ICC Arbitration Rules). Aditionally, you should send the required hardcopies (Article 4(4) of the ICC Arbitration Rules) via regular or express mail.
