ICC to host the 2014 Arbitration Academy
The ICC International Court of Arbitration is this year again, one of the hosts for the 3rd edition of the Arbitration Academy which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 July from 4.30 until 6.30pm.
The ICC will host two
interactive workshops on ICC arbitration in practice, and the specificities of
The first day will deal with the
Arbitral Tribunal (Screening power,
appointments, confirmations, challenges) and the organization of complex arbitrations (Multi-parties,
multi-contracts, joinder and consolidation).
The second day will focus on the
case management, emergency arbitrator as well as scrutiny of awards.
Both workshops will be chaired
