Kiev Arbitration Days 2014: Think Big!

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is a partner of the 4th international conference “Kiev Arbitration Days: Think Big!” (“KAD 2014”) organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association.


The conference will take place on 6-7 November 2014 in Kiev. It will be an opportunity to meet leading professionals in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution from Ukraine, CIS and Europe.

KAD 2014 will be conducted in its traditional format: with Day 1 being devoted to international commercial arbitration and Day 2 focusing on international investment arbitration.

  • M&A Disputes
  • Corruption in Arbitration
  • Investment Treaties – Possibilities and Weaknesses

Maria Hauser-Morel, Counsel in charge of cases from Central and Eastern Europe of the ICC Court of Arbitration, will speak in the first session about States and States entities in arbitration.

On the eve of KAD, 5 November 2014, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) is organizing a conference on the process of managing arbitration effectively. Some of the topics to be discussed include the initiation of arbitration, the terms of reference, multiparty arbitration as well as the production of documents.
