The Conference which will be held in Tunisia on 5 October 2012 will address current issues in dispute resolution in North Africa. This will be the first opportunity for Tunisian and regional practitioners to acquire a comprehensive overview of the 2012 ICC Rules after almost a year of their entry into force.This Conference is co-organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Brownrudnick, with the participation of The Law Firm Network and Ordre International des Avocats de Tunisie.

Objective
