Each year ICC Australia, which is an affiliate of the International Chamber of Commerce, holds a series of seminars on international commercial dispute resolution across the major cities in Australia. The purpose of the seminars is to examine the latest developments in international commercial dispute resolution, in particular, international arbitration. These seminars are attended by leading Australian companies, judges, lawyers, academics and government officials.
This year our roadshow will focus on China, as 2012 marks the 40th an niversary of the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Australia. As such, business relationships with China and commercial dispute resolution are the two major themes for this year’s roadshow.
