The Europe Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) and the CEA-40 on 22 November 2012 will be co-organizing a free of charge colloquium in Madrid (Spain) on the "Class Arbitration: Where do we go from Abaclat?"
A colloquium for young arbitration practitioners and students on general trends and developments in class arbitration, including the impact of Abaclat v. Argentina.
