For the 2012 Session of the International Academy for Arbitration Law, Jose Ricardo Féris, Deputy Secretary General, ICC International Court of Arbitration, will chair the ICC two-day Workshop which is to be held at the ICC Headquarters in Paris on 4 and 6 July 2012.
The first day, José Ricardo Féris will give an overview of the ICC arbitral procedure.
The second day, members of the Secretariat of the Court will outline some specific issues of the procedure: scrutiny of the award, multi-party and multi-contracts and challenge of arbitrators.
