On 21 October 2013, from 9am to 1pm, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) will open the Hong Kong Arbitration Week with a seminar hosted by Clifford Chance on “Arbitrating in the BRICS : Developments and Challenges”.

Hong Kong Arbitration Week kicks off with an exciting ICC YAF seminar on the latest developments in Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS). A panel of experienced arbitrators will also be on hand to give their top tips on acting as an arbitrator, including the do’s and don’ts to bear in mind when dealing with parties from various parts of the world.
