Do's and Don'ts in Arbitration

A group of practitioners will examine the best practices for young lawyers to put into play in arbitration proceedings. Practices that do not have a place in the arbitral process and that are common in practitioners coming from a litigation background will also be reviewed. This seminar will be held before the ICC Conference on "Disputes and Arbitration in Natural Resources, Mining and Energy" which will take place in Santiago de Chile also on 28 August.
