  • Location: New York City
  • Date: 10/09/2013
  • Event Type: YAF conference
  • Language: English

On 10 September 2013, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (“YAF”) will take the opportunity of the 8th Annual ICC New York Conference to open discussions on mediation and its place in international dispute resolution. The event is hosted by Alston & Bird LLP.

A group of young practitioners will break down the fundamental differences between mediation and arbitration and will discuss the pros and cons of choosing mediation over, or in addition to, arbitration.

This interactive panel discussion is particularly appropriate as it comes on the heels of the 8th Annual ICC New York Conference (9 September 2013) which will focus on mediation and its place in international dispute resolution.
The panel discussion will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on the mediation of international disputes, and to enrich their network in the region.
