Practical Training on the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration

On 12 June 2013, the ICC International Court of Arbitration will be organizing a practical training on ICC arbitration proceedings about case management techniques, complex arbitrations and emergency arbitrator. It will be held in Buenos Aires, on the eve of CLA 2013.

In coordination with CLA 2013, V Latin American Arbitration Conference, the International Court of Arbitration will be organizing a practical training on the application of the new provisions introduced by the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration. The programme will be examining the application in practice of provisions regarding Emergency Arbitrator and complex arbitrations through mock cases, paired with lectures on the theoretical aspects of the provisions. A session will be also devoted to the case management techniques.

On 15 June 2013, as closure for the CLA 2013, a free ICC YAF conference will be organizing on third party in arbitrations. Link to the event.

Who should attend

Arbitrators, lawyers and corporate directors with some degree of expertise in arbitration and who wish to develop on application of the ICC 2012 Rules of Arbitration.
