On 18 April 2013, the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Miller Canfield, with the support of the USCIB, will be co-organizing
an informative discussion on how to utilize ICC arbitration as an effective, low-risk dispute resolution option in international business transactions.
The aim of the program is to provide an overview of ICC arbitration and hear from various figures involved in the international arbitration process, including, transactional counsel, in-house counsel and international arbitration practitioners.
The program is open to arbitrators, litigators, transactional attorneys, in-house counsel and any attorneys who are interested in learning more about ICC international arbitration.
