Dispute resolution in aeronautics. Under the auspices of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Objective

This conference provides an insight into a wide range of issues crucial to resolving disputes in aeronautics. Experienced arbitrators and representatives of the industry will offer their views on topics of interest to constructors, engineers, operators, lawyers, financiers and insurers.

Due to the complexity of the contractual framework as well as the sensitive issues involved, disputes in the aeronautic sector call for careful treatment. This conference will look at the different actions available to resolve such disputes and the relevant procedural constraints. An entire session will be devoted to analysing the impact of global financial crisis on dispute resolution in the aviation market with a special focus on bankruptcy and supply chain risk management.

Who should attend?

All professionals involved in negotiating contracts, financing, insuring and resolving disputes in aeronautics industries.
