On 20 September 2012 in Lagos (Nigeria), the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) Africa, Middle East & Turkey Chapter is going to organize a free of charge event for young practitioners. It will take the form of Arbitration Roundtable Series.
The ICC YAF African Chapter (Nigeria) is convening "Arbitration Roundtable Series": an informal monthly practical knowledge-sharing session with an experienced arbitrator. This YAF session is designed to cover the gamut of issues that typically crop up in an arbitration proceeding: from commencement of proceedings to enforcement of an award.
The Rountable Series provides a unique opportunity for young practitioners of approximately 40 years and under to interact and gain from the experience of carefully selected arbitration practitioners who will be speaking on different aspects of conducting an arbitration proceeding.
