Applicants in this category have developed an exceptional project that has showcased the creativity and importance of youth entrepreneurship and job creation. For the 2013 edition of the World Chambers Competition, nine chambers applied to this category.

The AmCham T&T national youth productivity forum (NYPF) provides opportunities and guidance to secondary school level students, with particular emphasis on students aged 13 to 16, to identify and understand issues (national and international) which are germane to the country’s progress and development.
Youth entrepreneurship development programme ENTRUM - Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The youth entrepreneurship development programme ENTRUM, launched by the Estonian CCI in cooperation with the Estonian Energy Corporation “Eesti Energia” and based on volunteering contribution of public, private and non-profit sectors, has become a leading power of national youth entrepreneurship development in Estonia. The aim is to create new generation of Estonians with strong entrepreneurial mind-sets and practical skills, professional contacts and experience of launching business ideas. Its direct target group is 13-19 year old youngsters. ENTRUM is the first private sector initiative in the field of youth entrepreneurship development, where methodology was designed and implemented by entrepreneurs taking into consideration the needs, values and development perspectives of modern economy. Entrepreneurs participate also as coaches and mentors.
Sectoral foreign trade teams project - Iskenderun Chamber Of Commerce and Industry
The Project entitled ‘’ sectoral foreign trade teams’’ is governed by the Istanbul Iron and Steel Exporters’ Association in partnership with Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is financed by the contribution of The European Commission and The Republic of Turkey. The main aim of the project is to support young unemployed people who have already entered the labor market yet are not able to find a job and also provide trainings to under 30 year-old young university graduates as qualified employees in order to meet the expectations of employees and the business world.
Youth entrepreneurship development - Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry
The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the first Chamber of Commerce in Pakistan that has taken initiatives for youth development and the promotion of entrepreneurship. A young entrepreneurs forum has been created to motivate youths towards entrepreneurship so that youngsters could enter the mainstream business world, embark on an entrepreneurial career, and contribute positively to developing the national economy.
Istanbul fashion atelier - Istanbul Chamber of Commerce
As one of the locomotive sectors of Turkey, textile is one of the priority sectors of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. Although Turkey is already a center of attraction for global clothing brands, its reputation is owed and limited to high-quality raw materials rather than fashionable end-products. The new policy should be to add value to the process focusing on the fashion industry. Therefore, young designers should be supported intellectually and financially so that they can convert their talent into business. The Istanbul Fashion atelier project has been initiated by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce to improve the competitiveness of young entrepreneurs in the fashion industry.
Local annual career expo - Middelburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Middelburg Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Department of Education and Steve Tshwete Local Municipality are in partnership for addressing the skills shortage in STLM area. There is a huge skill shortage in the local municipal area. The local demand and the supply on skills development are not balanced and awareness should be created amongst learners on what opportunities the area contains. It has become clear that the local industry requirements, with specific reference to technical skills are not being met. The purpose of the career expo is to expose the local youth to career opportunities in the Steve Tshwete Municipal area. The focus is on Grade 9 (making subject choices) and Grade 11/Grade 12 (ready to leave school).
Gold 1000 - Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry
"Gold 1000" is a project of the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Government of the Perm krai aiming at the formation of a youth business elite of the Perm krai: 1000 successful young entrepreneurs interested in development.
The project creates conditions for involving, selecting and teaching young people the basic competencies of business. In addition, it provides assistance to young entrepreneurs in their business development. So far, more than 1800 participants have been registered in the project, more than 700 participants have received training on business activities basics and more than 50 training activities have been carried out: Workshop sessions, trainings, "round tables", coaching sessions, etc.

Development of youth entrepreneurship is one of the priority directions of modernization of the economy of the Russian Federation.
The supportive actions of youth entrepreneurship in Russia are rather extensive nowadays, but there is still no effective system of cooperation between science and business – graduates of institutes of higher education have no practical experience in business which complicates the starting of their own entrepreneurship activity on the basis of the ideas developed during education, leading to loss of scientific and innovative potential accumulated during the educational process.
