The event is the biggest business conference in the country and will gather hundreds of business leaders from across Europe and other countries in cooperation with member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
Trade and investment opportunities in member OIC countries and trade financing are just some of the topics up for discussion which will be held under the auspices of:

About the conference
Economic, trade and investment relations between the Czech Republic and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) require joint efforts to effectively preserve them and guarantee their stability and prosperity.
The conference will commence a new period of mutual relations in the respective fields with the ambition of becoming an integral part of actions to further develop trade and financial cooperation.
The conference will open the door for future, long-term cooperation of financial institutions in order to support common projects in the Czech Republic and OIC countries, as well as on the third markets of common interest.
Last but not least, the conference presents a unique opportunity to strengthen the concrete dialogue of entrepreneurs and bankers, discuss the ways of developing economic and investment cooperation and establish new business contacts.
Objectives:
The conference will bring together government officials responsible for business and foreign trade, key business representatives, professional associations and trade and investment agencies from both sides in order to open new opportunities for mutual trade and investment.
It will create a general platform for discussion about possibilities of further development of commercial, economic and financial cooperation between the Czech Republic and the countries of the OIC. The dialogue will focus on:
- exchange of views and experience on economic and investment opportunities,
- extension of cooperation in all areas of trade and investment,
- seeking to overcome obstacles and difficulties in the process of enhancement of mutual cooperation,
- improving knowledge of opportunities for further development of mutual trade and investment relations.

About ICC Czech Republic
The main aim of ICC Czech Republic is to assist Czech companies and other businesses to integrate into world events through this prestigious world organization. Within the framework of its activities, ICC Czech Republic creates opinions and statements on issues sent by ICC Headquarters for examination. At the same time, this agenda is influenced so as it is in compliance with interests of ICC Czech Republic members.
The national committee of ICC in the Czech Republic serves the role of coordinator of the business community activities in the Czech Republic and represents its interests in dealing with both national and international organizations and governments.
ICC Czech Republic promotes a wide range of business activities including seminars, conferences, workshops and roundtables mostly related to the promotion of Czech export as part of non-barrier international trade and mediation of useful business contacts.
ICC Czech Republic is active in the field of international trade and export, providing a wide range of educational and advisory services, e.g. seminars, round tables, conferences and publications.
In 2011, ICC Czech Republic established cooperation with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic on territorial seminars, organized within the project International Trade in Practice, where Czech companies meet with newly appointed Czech ambassadors. This action promotes Czech economic diplomacy and facilitates market entry for Czech exporters to respective territories.
In cooperation with Ministry of Industry and Trade and other entities, ICC Czech Republic has published two significant governmental papers “Competitiveness strategy of the Czech Republic for the period 2012 to 2020” and “Export strategy of the Czech Republic for the period 2012 to 2020”. In the future, ICC Czech Republic considers as one of its main priorities creating conditions for successful implementation of both papers.
