Executive Board

The Executive Board is responsible for developing and implementing ICC's strategy, policy and programme of action and for overseeing the financial affairs of the world business organization.

In particular, it is responsible for recommending to the ICC World Council the appointment of the ICC Chairmanship and Secretary General as well as approving all policy documents.

The Board is composed of ex-officio members and elected members, who serve for a three-year term. The Chairmanship and Secretary General are also members.

Gerard WORMS

Chairman, ICC

Gerard Worms became Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on 10 March 2011. He is also Chairman of ICC France, Vice-Chairman of Rothschild Europe and former Chairman and CEO of Suez Group. Mr Worms is a Commander of the French Legion of Honour.

Harold MCGRAW III

Vice-Chairman, ICC

Harold McGraw III became Vice-Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on 24 January 2011. He is Chairman of the US Council for International Business, Chairman of the US India Business Council, a member of the US President’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (ACTPN), as well as Chairman, President and CEO of The McGraw-Hill Companies.

Victor K. FUNG

Honorary Chairman , ICC

Victor K. Fung became Honorary Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce on 1 July 2010. Mr Fung is the Group Chairman of the Li & Fung group of companies, which comprises major subsidiaries in trading, logistics, distribution and retailing, including publicly listed Li & Fung Limited, Convenience Retail Asia Limited and Trinity Limited.

Jean-Guy CARRIER

Secretary General , ICC

Jean-Guy Carrier became Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on 24 January 2011. Prior to joining ICC, Mr Carrier held senior positions in business and with international organizations, most notably the World Trade Organization. He is the author of several books and has published numerous articles in national and international media.
