Associate Membership

The Council may appoint Associate members from among academics and practitioners interested in the problems of the law and practice of international business, chosen for their international competence and expertise.

In addition to contributing to the work of the Institute, Associate members endeavour to make known and support the activities of the Institute on a regional basis. They provide the Institute with a wealth of expertise in many fields of international law and practice by assisting with the planning and implementation of research programmes, by speaking and writing at conferences and seminars, and by promoting Institute activities in their home countries.

The attached Nomination form should be filled in and sent back to the ICC Institute of World Business Law (38, Cours Albert 1er, 75008 Paris) along with a letter of motivation, a recent copy of your curriculum vitae, and letters of recommendation from two current Council Members of the ICC Institute. Once your application is received it will be forwarded to the Institute's Screening Committee. If they are favourable to your candidature they will present it to the Council when they next meet, generally in April and November of every year. A vote will then take place to elect new members and you will be informed accordingly as to whether your candidature has been accepted or not.
