WCF members are eligible to serve on WCF's General Council (Governing Body), which sets the strategic direction and development of WCF's services. Council members come from:
• All parts of the world
• Large and small chambers
• Public and Private law chambers
• Developed and developing countries
• Chamber members and chamber executives
The general council sets up ad-hoc working groups to deal with specific issues arising from the WCF programme of action. All member chambers are encouraged to participate in the programme of action.
