Professor Erdem specializes in the fields of international commercial law, competition law and arbitration, and has published several books and articles on these issues. Professor Erdem has collaborated for many years with ICC and actively participated on several ICC task forces, drafting model contracts for international business.

Mr Radtke is a partner of French law firm Lamy & Associés. He leads the firm's international team and specializes in international trade law, agency and distribution, EC law, French and German business law and international arbitration. He lectures widely on the Incoterm Rules and regularly publishes articles on international contract law. He has been Co-Chair of the Incoterms Drafting group since 2007 and is Chair of the Commercial Law and Practice Committee of ICC France.

Charles Debattista is an active arbitrator in international trade disputes and a Registered European Lawyer with the Bar of England and Wales. Mr Debattista is also a professor of Commercial Law at the University of Southampton in the UK. He has written many books and articles on international sale contracts, the carriage of goods by sea and letters of credit. He was Chair of the Incoterms 2000 Drafting Group and Co-Chair of the Incoterms® 2010 Drafting Group.

Lauri Railas, is an attorney-at-law at Krogerus Attorneys in Finland. He is a member of the Finnish bar. Dr Railas is the former Secretary General of ICC Finland and the former Secretary of the Arbitration Institute of the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland. Dr Railas has been involved in trade facilitation work under the auspices of the United Nations. He is the Co-chair of the ICC Task Force on Public Procurement and has been involved in the drafting of the Incoterms® 2010. and various other ICC model contracts, including the ICC Model International Sale Contract.

Koen Vanheusden is a Director at the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, advising companies on the regulatory (customs, VAT, product requirements, documents, services) and legal (contracts, distributorship, investment, intellectual property) aspects of their international commercial transactions and relations. He was a member of the Belgian group of experts, preparing the revisions of Incoterms 1990 and 2000. He has written many publications on different aspects of international trade and lectures at several Belgian universities.

Marco Hero is a Board of Directors member of the IBA Committee International Franchising, an associated expert of the German Franchise Association (DFV) and an expert committee member of the Association of German Engineers (VDI). He is Co-Chair of the ICC Task Force on Franchising.

Dr. Amelie Stefanie Pohl born in 1973 in Salzburg, studied economics in Vienna and Linz (Austria), and law in Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck, (Austria). She is currently a partner at Zumtobel Kronberger Rechtsanwälte in Salzburg, Austria.

Ms. Pohl has worked for international business-law-companies since 2003 (german and austrian law) and is specialized on distribution law and antitrust (national and EU), publishing regularly on these subjects since 2002. Since 2008 she has been Rapporteur of the ICC Task Force on Franchising and became a member of the Austrian Franchise Association in 2011.
