APM mission
APM aims to promote the adherence to rules protecting intellectual property to protect business from the violation of such rules, and to proceed against infringements.
The main activities are:
- The supply of information, exchange of experience advice and support in combating the counterfeiting of products and trademarks for its members,
- The organizing of seminars and training seminars,
- Suport the improvement of the legal framework for enforcing industrial property rights,
- The pursuance of infringements on industrial property rights,
- Contact and support for public authorities,
- Cooperation with national and international organizations with respect to industrial property rights,
- The provision of documentation,
- Public relations activities.
