Published in 2005, the IP report provides arguments for the protection of IP from economic, social and legal standpoints and provides recommendations for positive action that individuals, governments and the international community can take to protect intellectual property rights (IPR) and ensure that innovation continues to drive human progress and enhance standards of living.
