Founded by the Federation of German Industry (BDI), the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and the German Brands Association(Markenverband), the Aktionskreis Deutsche Wirtschaft gegen Produkt- und Markenpirterie e.V. (APM) (German Business Action Group against Product and Trade Mark Counterfeiting) is a cross-industrial association of German and international brand-owners. APM aims to promote the adherence to rules protecting intellectual property, to protect business from the violation of such rules, and to proceed against infringements.
The main activities are:
