Promarca is the Swiss overall federation of manufacturers, importers and representatives of branded products who market their goods chiefly in the consumer goods sector using a variety of channels, and whose legal and financial independence from the retail trade is guaranteed.
It is Promarca’s goal
• to permanently observe changes in its environment and ascertain their significance
• to take an active role in creating and maintaining favourable conditions for the brand
product, alone or jointly with other associations, particularly with AIM, the European
Association of Brand Industries;
• to represent to the public the common concerns of branded-product manufacturers in
politics, administration and the media, and to the consumer organisations;
• to promote the collaboration of brand product manufacturers with each other and with
distribution partners;
• to communicate the importance of branded products as an added-value system.
