ANDEMA is a non-profit business association created by the High Council of Spanish Chambers of Commerce Industry and Navigation which brings together holders of industrial and intellectual property rights.
ANDEMA’s principal aim has been to fight against all forms of trademark theft, to defend industrial and intellectual property rights, to achieve a fairer and more transparent market, as well as a fairer and more efficient legal framework.
