Anguilla Chamber of Commerce and Industry – The allure of Anguilla for business
In 2006, the Anguilla Chamber of Commerce formed a private‐public partnership with the government of Anguilla to expand its available resources for all registered businesses in Anguilla. 15% of the license fees paid to the Government from these businesses will be redirected to the Chamber of Commerce in support of the business community as an independent private sector organization.

The Project included a number of activities: participation in international projects, development of the Chamber image, development of new services for the members, education of the Chamber’s professional staff and education of businessmen.

Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry - New Membership Projects
During the last 50 years, the Chamber’s membership has grown from just about 100 to about 24,000 members at the end of 2006. Chamber activities which have helped with this accomplishment are: the establishment of a women’s business center, sector-wise committees, computerization and networking, new rules for the renewal of membership and the chamber’s promotional services for members.

Goderich and District Chamber of Commerce - To be the voice of business dedicated to the promotion of economic development and prosperity for the enrichment of the community
Early in 2004 the board initiated a plan to address the sustainability of the Chamber by increasing membership and seeking opportunities where additional funding could be obtained for specific projects relating to the Chamber’s mandate. Since then, the Chamber’s membership has tripled.

Vancouver Board of Trade – A membership strategy of engagement
With membership levels remaining the same for more than a decade before 2003, the Vancouver Board of Trade was looking for a way to boost interest and increase numbers. The board, with a membership of around 4 300, was already holding more than 500 events and meetings a year and actively participating in public policy initiatives. It was when the board discovered it had a reputation for being the best networking venue in the region that it tried a new strategy.
