The ATA system is a product developed by the World Customs Organization and the International Chamber of Commerce.
At the end of this month, The Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania (UCCIAL) shall begin its ATA Carnet services, with the Union becoming the 72nd national guaranteeing organization affiliated to the ICC WCF ATA international guarantee chain.
