Run-up to next International Commercial Mediation Competition

Preparations have begun for the 3rd ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, which will be held in Paris on 15-18 February 2008. This annual event now attracts teams from law schools around the world. Watch this space for more information.

ICC leads the way in ADR training for international trade professionals
April 2007 
A three-day bilingual training seminar on techniques of amicable dispute resolution took place at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris on 16, 17 and 18 April 2007. This first-ever ICC event of its kind attracted participants from 15 different countries, which reflects the increasing attention the international legal community is giving to mediation and other methods of amicable dispute resolution.  More...   

Getting to grips with ADR techniques
March 2007 
Learn more about amicable dispute resolution techniques at an ICC training seminar in Paris on 16-18 April. This event will focus on legal and cultural considerations and include a simulated mediation. It will be of particular interest to legal directors, in-house counsel, mediators, international negotiators and other practising lawyers.
