Mediation training in Hong Kong
International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), the Hong Kong Bar Association, and the Law Society of Hong Kong are jointly organizing a five-day Mediation Training Course, to be delivered by the ICC from 17 – 21 November 2008 in Hong Kong. ADR training in New York
International trade professionals will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of ICC amicable dispute resolution techniques by participating in the training which will take place in New York on 17-18 June 2008. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mediators, counsel and parties' representatives, while simulating a real mediation case.

Winners of the 3rd ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition
Yesterday evening the team from FGV Sao Paulo Law School (Brazil), comprising Gisela Ferreira Mation, Pedro Fida Fenelon Tibucheski, Daniel Tavela Luis, Rafael Francisco Alves and Michelle Sanchez Ratton, was declared the winner of the 3rd ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition. |
