Drafting Committee
The
International Commercial Mediation Competition consists of students resolving
problems with the help of a mediator. These problems are devised by a
special Drafting Committee of five international mediation experts.
Each
Drafting Committee member drafts a problem consisting of three parts; general
information and confidential information for the Requesting and Responding
Party, respectively.
