Advisory Committee

 

An Advisory Committee has been set up for the 5^th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, in order to help the Organising Committee.

The Advisory Committee’s role is to assist and advise the Organising Committee to implement the participant’s feedback from previous years’ Competitions.

The Advisory Committee’s assistance has been and will be solicited for the following:

• Revisions to the Competition Rules
• Revisions to Competition format, such as scheduling of professionals and duration of preliminary rounds
  
• Guidelines for the drafting of the Competition Problems
  
• Drafting objective criteria for university selection
  
• Drafting criteria for selecting qualified judges / mediators.
  
• Reviewing drafts of the Competition Problems to ensure compliance with the Rules and drafting guidelines
