The Secretariat of the Court

The ICC Court is assisted by a Secretariat located at ICC headquarters in Paris. The Secretariat has a full-time staff of more than 70 persons, including 30 lawyers of 25 different nationalities. The Secretariat assumes responsibility for day-to-day administration of all ICC cases and provides assistance and information to parties, counsel and arbitrators. Each arbitration is assigned to one of the Secretariat's seven teams, each composed of a counsel, assistant counsel, and secretaries.
