Colloquium on International Arbitration

Since 1983, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes have co-sponsored a series of joint colloquia to discuss various topics relating to international commercial arbitration. This year, the 18th joint colloquium is hosted by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and will take place in Paris on 16 November. Discussions with world-renowned international arbitrators will focus on a rbitration and ADR, defining a 'party' to an international arbitration, and recent national court developments.
