Revision of arbitrator per diems

The per diem allowances for arbitrators in ICC cases have been increased as of 1 January 2005.

The per diem allowance for each day an arbitrator is required to spend on ICC arbitration business out of his or her town of residence has been increased to US$ 250 when no overnight hotel accommodation is used, to US$ 500 when overnight hotel accommodation is used, and to US$ 800 when overnight hotel accommodation is used and all expenses are justified by invoices or receipts.
