 If your contract does not contain an ICC arbitration clause, you can conclude a written ICC agreement to arbitrate

• Bring the case before ICC

   There is no standard request for arbitration. Practical considerations are available here

 The Secretariat of the Court will then notify the receipt of the request and the date of such receipt.
