ICC Online training
Due to a growing demand worldwide, ICC in partnership with Coastline Solutions has further expanded its training courses to include online training. The courses are both flexible and affordable and allow business professionals from around the globe to participate in a range of training courses at anytime, from anywhere.
How does it work?
The course content is prepared and written by leading ICC trade experts and is accessible through your computer from anywhere in the world at a time chosen by you. Beginner and advanced level courses are available.
Each trainee receives a personalized ICC Certificate indicating their score in the course assesment.
Team training
It is possible to take individual training or to train your entire team, as the training is delivered online all trainees receive the same training – you can be sure that your staff, regardless of location, are being trained to a consistent ICC standard. The integrated Learning Management System means it is easy to get your staff up and running and to keep track of their progress and results.
Requirements
The service is delivered using a combination of audio, video, animation, graphics and text.
The minimum browser requirements: Netscape 6.0; Internet Explorer 6.0; Firefox 1.0
Language
English only.
Price
Cost effective, no travel costs, accommodation, etc. Group rates are available.
Payment
It is possible to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
Certificate
Each trainee receives a personalized ICC Certificate indicating their score in the course assesment.

Trade Finance Suite
Over ten thousand people have trained in international trade finance using our suite of ICC online training services. The online training suite covers the full range of skill levels from basics to advanced.
The training ensures that trade finance professionals have the requisite skills to issue, process and honour trade products in line with the provisions of the ICC Trade Rules (URC 522, UCP 600, URDG 758 and ISP98). The suite includes training on Collections, Documentary Credits, Standby LCs and Demand Guarantees

Collections Online Training – URC 522
Learn the essentials of Documentary Collections work and the application of URC 522. The only online training in Collections that can train your staff to an ICC approved standard.

A completely new online course in documentary credits and UCP 600. Mentor 600 is the only ICC Approved course that trains your staff in all aspects of the new rules.

DC Master - Advanced Documentary Credit Training
DC Master consists of 12 hours of online instruction and training in documentary credit practice and UCP 600. It is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of experienced letter of credit professionals.
