On 16 October, ICC brought together a group of economic policy experts and corporate executives at a Business Roundtable in Jakarta. Indonesian business views and policy concerns were discussed as participants looked ahead to the Russian G20 Summit.
The consultation in Jakarta is part of a larger initiative. ICC's G20 Advisory Group is hosting a series of regional policy consultations, designed to provide local businesses with an opportunity to help shape ICC's policy recommendations for input into the G20 process.
Agenda
The meeting was opened by Noke Kiroyan, ICC Indonesia Chair and Mr Syurkani, Assistant G20 "Sherpa", Ministry of Finance. The work and relevance of the ICC G20 Advisory Group and ICC National Committees were discussed. The meeting highlighted Indonesia's G20 policy priorities and canvassed the views of Indonesian business. These views will enter a policy development process in order to contribute to future discussion for the Russian G20 Summit and beyond.

Outcomes
Indonesian business views and policy concerns will join in the policy development process as the ICC G20 Advisory Group looks ahead to the Russian G20 Summit and beyond.
