G20 Russia business summit

The 2013 G20 presidency will culminate with the G20 Leaders' Summit on 5-6 September 2013 in St. Petersburg. In preparation, the ICC G20 Advisory Group is participating in Business-20 events and policy recommendations.

Russian leadership

Russia lists three priorities for its 2013 G20 presidency.

  1. Growth through quality jobs and investment
  2. Growth through trust and transparency
  3. Growth through effective regulation

In the lead up to the G20 Leaders' Summit, G20 Business Summit participants will collaborate to produce suggestions for the G20 agenda that reflect business interests. Russian President Vladimir Putin has delegated the task of chairing the G20 Business Summit to the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), led by the group's president Alexander Shokhin. Additionally, the RSPP is responsible for the management of all Business-20 public events.
