The ICC
International Court of Arbitration supports the Singapore International
Arbitration Forum (SIAF) 2010, “The Future for Arbitration”, which will be held
in Singapore
on . At this forum, John Beechey, Chairman of the Court, will
express his view on whether the time for a body of international arbitration
case law has come. Jason Fry, Secretary General of the Court, will provide how
the different actors in the arbitration procedure use innovative approaches to
conduct arbitration.
