ICC YAF in Vienna

On the occasion of the Vis Moot in Vienna (Austria), the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) and the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP) will be jointly organizing a conference on “Young Approaches to Arbitration” on Saturday 27 March 2010

Topics addressed: 
  • Principle of Competenz-Competenz (in light of the Green paper of the Commission) 
  • The Impact of European Community law on international arbitration
  • Insolvency in international arbitration 


This conference, free of charge, will begin at 9.30 and end at 15.30 and will be held at Erste Bank Event Center, Petersplatz 7, 1010 Vienna.

A Viennese Wine evening will be organized in the evening near the conference center.
