ICC YAF/AFIA symposium in Hong Kong
February 2010



On Saturday 20 March 2010 11:00 am - 2:00 pm,  the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) and the Australasian Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA) will jointly present their symposium in Hong Kong.

  • 10:30 – 11:00 am Registration
  • 11:00 – 12:00 noon Session 1
  • 12:00 – 12.15 pm Coffee break
  • 12:15 – 12:45 pm Lecture by Guest Speaker - The Right Honourable Lord Hoffmann of Chedworth
  • 12:45 – 13:00 pm Q & A session with Lord Hoffmann
  • 13:15 – 14:00 pm Session 2
  • 14:00 onwards Canapés and Drinks

Topics for Discussion at Sessions 1 and 2 of the Symposium
Participants are encouraged to submit by 15 March 2010 any questions or topics for discussion to James Kwan (e-mail here)  or Ow Kim Kit (e-mail here)
The submission should contain a brief explanation of the topic or question and the reason why it is proposed for discussion.
The questions or topics chosen for discussion will be notified to all participants prior to the symposium. Participants who have submitted questions or topics may be asked to introduce
them at the event. If you wish to submit a question or topic but do not want your name to appear on the topics list, please let us know and one of the conference chairs will introduce it
on your behalf.
